How will I be billed?
Upon signing of contract, we can collect your credit card details for us to charge you Bi-Weekly or Monthly depending on our agreement. Alternatively, if you are not comfortable with providing your credit card details, we can send you an invoice.
Is there a long-term commitment required?
No, there is no minimum commitment required, you can provide us with a two weeks’ notice of termination; However, we do offer specialized pricing for long term commitment.
What if the virtual assistant isn't a good fit?
Are there discounts for bulk hiring?
No, we do not offer any discounts for bulk hiring. However, we do have discounted packages for clients who commit for 6 months and more.
